Do you sell a majority of your inventory as product bundles? We have special rates for bundle preparation if at least 50% of your inventory is bundles.
Basic Pack / Prep / Ship:
Included Basic Services:
- Product Inspection and Pictures of Damaged Products Received
- First 12" Bubble Wrap free (if required) (extra sheets are $0.25 per each 12" sheet)
- Polybag (if product can be bagged)
- Removal of branded tape and replacement with unbranded tape as needed to prevent opening/leaking
- UPC Covering per marketplace guidelines
- Products with prices printed on them will be removed or hidden using a hologram sticker
- Spray bottle nozzles wrapped in bubble wrap and taped to prevent damage/leakage
- FBA Product Labels with Barcode and Expiration Dates (if necessary)
- We do our best to re-use and re-cycle boxes for shipping, however, if there are no used boxes available, we do charge for shipping boxes.
Pricing
- $1.25 for a single item or for the first item in a bundle/multipack
- $0.50 for each item added to a bundle/multipack for items 2, 3, 4 and 5
- $0.25 for each item added to a bundle/multipack for items 6 and above
- Invoices that are less than $100.00 will be charged a flat $3.00 credit card fee.
- Minimum of 100 Selling units shipped per month is required, else there will be a monthly $25.00 fee during each month that you do not meet the minimum.
Example:
1 item = $1.25 to prep/ship
3 item multipack or bundle = $2.25 to prep/ship
6 item multipack or bundle = $3.50 to prep/ship
Oversize Products
Description:
Products that have larger dimensions are considered oversize and require additional labor and supplies to accommodate.
Any product that we receive must have at least 1 side that is 24 inches or smaller.
- A shelving unit (12 inches x 12 inches x 36 inches) - OK!
- A chest freezer (32 inches x 40 inches x 36 inches) - NOT OK!
Any product having at least 1 side that is longer than 24 inches is oversize.
Any product that weighs 35 pounds or higher is oversize.
These limits also apply to the size of the final assembled bundles and multipacks. For instance, if a bundle is boxed up and the final product dimensions has at least one final dimension listed above as oversize, each bundle will be treated as oversize, even though the individual components may not be oversize.
Pricing:
$2.50 per oversize item

The list above, is some of the commonly used product boxes, but it is not a complete list of all boxes available.
All other sized product boxes will be priced on a case-by-case basis with customer communication prior to preparation.
You may request a product box for any of your products. Additionally, we will box products that are prone to breaking based on our experience, even if you do not specifically request a box. We want your product to arrive to your customers intact!
Bundles - Our Specialty
Bundles are groups of different products that go together to serve a customer's need.
We love serving customers who create unique bundles for their customers.
We offer custom pricing for customers who sell at least 50% of their products as bundles.
Otherwise, "Basic Pack / Prep / Ship" pricing applies as described above.
We will discuss pricing for your bundles with you before you select us as your prep center.
Shipment Boxes
Environmentally Conscientious
We are an environmentally conscious business and recycle approximately 70% of the waste generated by our prep center. We reuse shipping boxes for all of our shipments whenever possible, but we find that there are occasions where we have to utilize a new box to send boxes to fulfillment centers and warehouses. When required, these standard boxes will cost $1.85 each.
Shipping boxes for oversize or uniquely shaped products may cost more and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We will always reuse boxes before resorting to the use of a new box.

We charge a $2.25 pick and pack fee per merchant fulfilled order. We will fulfill orders from Amazon and EBAY. Orders must be received by 1pm CST to be processed the same business day.

We will inspect each product return and provide you with pictures of any damaged products for $1.25 per product. We will process the product to ship it back in at current prep pricing, dispose of it, or ship it back to you. When we ship it back to you, it will be the cost of shipping plus a $5 packing/handling fee per shipped box.

We will take 6 pictures of your product, multipack, or bundle in our professional product photography studio for a nominal fee of $30. Pricing for larger packages available upon request.

As sellers, we know how important it is to keep your inventory management system up to date. While we use our own software to ship items, we will gladly load your shipment details into Inventory Lab or other systems for $25 per shipment. You would just need to grant us access to do so.
